Is it anything as intense as Flames/Oilers or Leafs/Sens?

I think Coyotes fans dislike the Ducks since the Ducks have a way of beating them... but over here in the West the most intense rivalry has to be the Ducks/ Kings.
Sadly, the Kings have nothing to crow about. They haven't made playoffs since 2002 and last year they had a major firing sale

Leafs/Sens is THE rivalry in hockey. Detroit vs Colorado is a very distant second. I'm not sure who Phoenix has issues with as their team changes looks every year and the great one is coaching for them who is loved everywhere. But you could go to the coyotes web site and see what the fans say

i went to quite a few phoenix games last season & the only time i really saw any intense rivalries was when the wings were playing there. i only say this because there were more wings fans there then yotes fans. i'm sure the feeling wasn't reciprocated when the yotes went to detroit the following night.

The Battle Of Alberta would always be the intenser of all rivaries.
Battle of Quebec would always be remembered.
Battle of Ontario would follow.
Phoenix doesn't have any rivals yet.
