just wondering and is it sold a makeup counters at foleys,dillards, and macys??

It's not cheap, but its not terrible either.
It's worth every penny though. Cheap make-up doesnt stay on long enough for it to be worth anything.
Higher quality make-up lasts longer on your skin, is better for your skin, and because its a higher quality, you get more uses out of it because you're using less product.
Spring the extra bucks and start a collection. It may take some time, but every piece will be something to last you many years with proper care.

It depends on your definition of expensive. It's about $13 an eyeshadow. For me it's not expensive because of the product you're getting. These eyeshadows last a very long time, and are just amazing. M.A.C is by far my favorite brand. They sell at counters in Macy's, but i'm not sure about Foleys and Dillards cause i'm a tri-state area girl. Trust me though...M.A.C everything is worth it.

You can swap for makeup, all you pay is shipping! Some people say it's gross to use other peoples gently used makeup, but that is just silly. bacteria cultures can't multiply on dry surfaces and plus when you spend $15 on an eyeshadow you don't like, what better way than to swap it for some other eyeshadow that you will use! Look, I buy my mac eyeshadow from ebay. There are people that sell it in smalled containers. I order from the same person everytime. You can get about 20 different colors for about $50. Or less, or more, depending on what quanities you get. You can email me if you want to know who the seller is. (she also will let you pick your own colors)
Shipping usually takes a little bit longer because they come from Canada (atleast, from the seller i am talking about)
It IS real Mac. I have sooo many colors.
Most ppl on Ebay sell 1/4 a teaspoon of the pigment. And most of them are pretty generous about it.

It really depends on what you consider expensive. :) It's about $12-$14 per eyeshadow compact. My Macy's store carries Mac, not sure about the other stores you listed - don't have those here on the West Coast.

It's not real expensive. It's the only eyeshadow I wear. I buy mine at Macy's. It's $13.50 for a single. It is definitely worth it. You don't use as much because the pigment is so high. Love it!

the element with regard to the eyeshadows at interior sight drugstore is they are much less costly yet are horribly high quality. you may bypass forward and purchase it whether that's going to look flaky and could the two fade in 2 hours or sink to deep on your epidermis. What I propose is WAIT till you're going someplace. reasons why MAC, NARS, Sephora etc are so costly is using the fact its products are very stable high quality making it extra costly. whether, you may attempt Covergirl. and Maybelline. Loreal is in basic terms stable in products whilst it includes cleansers and what not. Revoln is large once you prefer to get very practically a MAC studio fix fluid (yay much less costly stable selection. Almay in basic terms sucks ordinarily. was hoping I helped! :)

Yes and no. It depends on if it's a shade you will wear,it can last several months, however loreal has the HIP which work the same for half the cost you can get at CVS,walgreens etc there are not as many colors, but they work like magic

Its about 12 bucks. Not that much more exspensive than the stuff at Walgreens and you can get it at all of those stores. It is well worth the money because you can wear it all day and it stays looking fresh unlike other brands,plus they have all kinds of funky colors you cant find anywhere else

MAC eyeshadow is really not all that expensive. Plus, it looks great and is well worth the, oh, say $10??
