As long you think it's okay. You might want to make sure you understand the consequences of splitting your investment time. It's like trying to focus on two different projects at one time, it may get a little harder, eh? You may also want to consider the fact you may end up hurting people you like or grow to love. If you can live with that and you still think what you want is that important- maybe it would be an interesting try?

(although my senses tell me that sort of thing only works out rarely)
