If you aren't intelligent enough to figure it out on your own perhaps continued education would be in order!!!

I doubt that at 15 you can get by for too long just not showing up to school, in any State.
If you did this, you would become a truant. I hope you are not thinking about this yourself. I had a horrid time in High School at 15, and I did drop out myself at 16, and I was considered truant and was wanted by the truant officers and faced with arrest until I turned 17, and then I got a GED.

However, I would either tough it out, or INSIST on changing schools if its so bad that you are seriously wanting to drop out.

Dont be miserable about High School as it is only temporary and the rest of your life is a whole lot longer. I know it can suck bad being in a horrid HS with horrible people, but find some inner strenght and hang in there...dont be a quitter.

that's a bad idea because a person with at least a high school diploma earn almost 2x more money than a person that doesn't and if you go further and get bachelor's degree you would earn about 2x more or even more than with a high school diploma and so on. the more you stay in school the more money you will be making. Hope you reconsider. I am not sure about legally dropping out of school because it never cross my mind...

I like your user name: "To Teach".

To teach what to your children? That quitting school is ok?

I'm glad you live in California. Please stay there, since I don't want my tax dollars paying for your welfare checks.

Yes, I'm being a bit rude. You are not even 20% through with your life, and what is the rest of the 80+% gonna be like?

You have some money making scheme? lol

Even a college diploma barely does it anymore, let alone a high school one, and you want to trash that also.

ok, I'm done. I think you have to be 16 though...good luck to you!

with a parents permission you can quit school at your age [here in California] [and other states as well]......you and a parent must go the main office at your school and talk to either the principal or the dean of students and fill out a form and both sign and you are out...not showing up will only result in a official showing up at your home....better to go to the school and get it done right..........

California is the easiest state to do stuff like drop out of school because of all the liberals. The state won't prosecute you for dropping out because it isn't illegal. Obviously you have probably already figured out that this would limit your career options.

You would need to become something that doesn't take a lot of skill such as a construction worker or owner of a small business.

Do not it will be the worst mistake of your life and it will come to haunt you later in life as a GED is not as good as a degree which will hurt you in your future work and your employer can find out as more and more company's are using back ground checks for their prospective employees and you will be hurting your self as well as i person with out a high school degree earns 7,200 dollars less a year then a high school graduate

The fact that you are considering such a move shows that you have your head up your pookie!

What do you intend to do with the rest of your life?

The only work that you might get will be at McDonald's for $6.50 an hour!
