I think that these kinds of things can only be solved through discussion and openness. It is ignorance that breeds racial insensitivity. Most people are good people and if something was offensive, then bring it up, and then the person will no longer be ignorant of what they did or said. They might be unaware that what they said was insensitive, you should not avoid it or else it will just make you resentful, and the person might not even have a chance to become a better person through some enlightenment.

If you feel you would be in danger for bringing it up, avoid the conflict. Otherwise, bring it up but do not be judgemental. Everyone can slip up from time to time.

If someone says something to someone you wouldn't mind getting a punch in the nose for then go ahead and bring it up.

i am pro-my Africans and anything other than an the pail skinned! so i am going to be the one to always speak on color knowing mine is superior over the other!
a white person cannot be in conflict with me over color! they you y'all came from me so how can i be insensitive?? to them thinking they are superior to me or my race
and to avoid it no I'm the one whom bring it by any means necessary
