Cocoa Butter from Helene queens?

I keep hearing lately that it makes your skin lighter, but when i put it on i feel like it makes me look darker?

Cocoa butter does not make skin lighter or darker.

cocoa butter can not change the complexion. it will tone the skin.thats it.
