it is because of our government, they constantly change the rules so that they can imprison us all. All you have to do to cut back on crime is legalize drugs. The prisons are filled with people that did some crime that centered around drugs. Stole for them, killed for them, sold them, bought them, etc.

I love the "legalize drugs" argument the other guy made. Haha. What an idiot. I wounder if he ever thought of "don't commit the crimes!!" Gezz. Some people. The reason many are in jail is because of drugs. Its because people are lazy in America and want things to be handed to them. So instead of a job they steal, rob and sell drugs to make easy money. Also, I know people will say i am racist but the truth is that most the country's prisoners are black males eventhough they make up less than half of the total population.

The rise in prison pop. is growing at an alarming rate for drug offenses which usually entails more crimes just to feed their addiction and with failing rehabilitation programs and budget cuts in various states the return rate is high.Most of the ones I know return because they can't function on the out side,and society at large doesn't even want to give them a chance at returning to become a more productive member of society.And not everyone in prison has sex!!Unless your raped or your gay.I've never seen any guy in prison have a baby.

Well the guys can't, but I have been wondering the same thing so I can't really answer, It seems everyone gets away with murder these days just yesterday a Judge freed a sex-offender with over 1,000 pictures seized? It must be a conspiracy
