I once visited an ice cream shop in Chapel Hill, North Carolina called "The Inside Scoop". I loved this place because not only would they mix candy and/or cookies into your ice cream with spatualas, but then they'd take the scoop on the spatula, throw it up in the air, and catch it on the cone. now THAT is talent!

Store bought?
I would say Haggen Daz, Ben and Jerrys, Bryers and perhaps Blue Bell.

In shops, Rainbow does. In cartons from the supermarket Dreyer's does. Breyer's is not as good, but Blue Bell is a rival.
