to me it sound like you are going to get the implants. i think what you need to think about is the size really. do you just wanna havea little more volume or alot. i would see if the doctors office had implants you can put in youre bra to see how you like the look. i friend of mine did it and that is how she actually decided. good luck and i hope that all goes how you want it to.

did you know that breast implants are like cars, you have to replace them (that means surgery and expense) at LEAST every 10 years? And did you know that if you get them, you are very likely to have nipple numbness and/or painful or sharp feelings in your nerves? I want implants SO BAD but have decided it's not worth not having feelings in my nips. I looked it up online and did a lot of research. There are plenty of things that can go grossly wrong, I found some gross pix. But all the better sex u supposedly have is like who cares if you can't feel it or if it feels painful in your chest anyway. so far as whether people will think you're fake, just don't worry about it. plastic surgery is pretty acceptable these days. i had a nose job 12 years ago and have only in the last few years been able to admit it without blushing!!!! LOL!

You can do what you want, but I'd look into other ways to feel better about yourself. You should love yourself for who you are and be proud of things you've accomplished in your life. If you are overweight, try losing the weight. I think a "b" is a respectable size and if you're a "c" why do you need to be so much bigger? If you're doing it to get more men, you might not get the best quality man if he's only attracted to your big chest. I personally would never get implants. Spend the money on a fitness regimen or a vacation! Pray about it before you do it. Maybe you can find strength to feel good about yourself without them! :o)

Do what you like but if I were you, try asking some people who have Brest implants on their thoughts. Ask them about the long-term effects and the maintenance you would need to keep in order to stay healthy. Go to strip-clubs and ask them how is the feel and stuff, ask them all that you need and then decide for yourself. Just remember, you are still young and think that you will live forever, however, when things starts breaking down, you will wish you have done things differently. Anyways, "to each his own" do what you want but seek out the people that have them, then can you only get your answer.

Aaw dont worry about what others think. This is YOUR life...you know?
But I must mention that if you are small & petite you might not want to go tooo big because it could cause a person to look too top heavy.
Meaning, for example, Mariah Carey was very petite on top. When she got her boobs really big I notice that she looks very broad shouldered. Very top heavy. Almost masculine.
I also had implants. First I had Bs (I was an A) Then I decided to go bigger and get Cs. My doctor said they would be too big for my body size, but I didnt care.
I ended up going back to the Bs because the Cs made me look kind of wide on top, and the rest of my body was small & petite.
Mariah Carey looks like I used to, even with her recent weight loss she still looks very broad & wide on top.
Also, men dont care what your boobs are doing, as long as they have something to play with..TeeHee
And who cares what the chicks think, woman are haters no matter what you do!!
Good luck and enjoy!!!! : )

Going from a small c to a d cup is not going to make things fit better. You are going to find you cant wear many of the things you like and the new breasts are going to be in the way when you try to do things. I know cause I have dealt with large breasts most of my life. If you want to feel better about who you are try helping the less fortunate, get in shape, lift weights, do yoga, take a class to learn something new...But don't buy into the crud about big breasts making you happier. If you do you will find yourself feeling the same way about yourself, you'll just have big breasts too.

You should be more MUCH worried about possible REAL complications and poorly trained incompetent so called doctors that can easily disfigure you and/or cause you to have multiple restorative operations to get back to "close to normal" or even death! Especially in states like my own, Florida where apparently all you need is a doc license and no actual training to perform the procedure! Yikes!
I do like the firmness and roundness though and when performed properly by a quality prof. they can be very confidence building as well as fun to romp in!
The only time fake matters is if yer going to breastfeed but even then it really isnt an issue as I understand.

Well, if you're not worried about not liking them, my opinion shouldn't be worth a damn, right? Generally, size D on a lean, thin body does look fake. I mean, it's obvious that they are. There are so many health complications not to mention the extreme pain you're going to go through afterwards both physically and in the wallet. I say it's not worth it. You're perfectly fine the way you are. If you think having bigger breasts is going to improve your PERSONALITY, you need to rethink this... building self-esteem is good, but I don't believe that anyone needs silicon implants to achieve it. Besides, the natural look is much more popular now. *shrugs* But it's totally your body. If you want to do this, go for it.

If it is what you truly want for yourself, you shouldn't be concerned about what other people think of you. I'd think hard and research a lot before committing to breast implants, though. There is a lot of negatives to them and given that you aren't suffering terribly in the area of breast size, it might not be worth the risk.

If you're worried about people thinking that it's fake, why bother getting them to begin with? Most guys out there now like women with natural breasts, no matter what their size anyways.
