I am not having sex ?

Based on my seman report, I have 30% motile sperms, but there is no active sperms. I am not having sex for 5 months, In meantime is it any possiblilty to increase my sperm count and active sperm.

wear loose fitting underwear, dont take hot showers, cut down on caffeine, take potassium supplements

You can only increase your sperm count without medical intervention by not having sex every day. Every 2 or so says is good. My husband is going through a similar problem and this is what the Fertility specialist told him. I wish you luck!!!
