It depends on your viewpoint, parrots are intelligent in terms of mimicry. However, primates and some birds are the only non-human animals to use tools. Ravens and crows have been filmed breaking off a slither of the thorned edges of pandanus leaves and using them to 'fish out' insect larvae in rotting wood stumps using their beaks. That's pretty intelligent, you'll never see a dog use a tool to dig out a hole.

The African grey parrot, along with crows, ravens, and jays (family corvidae) are the most intelligent birds.

birds are not intelligent creatures,,,,,,,,
but still if u r asking the intelligent of all,,,,,,,
its a singing myna,,,,,, this bird is able to speak few words,,,, spoken by humans easily

I would say the African Gray parrot, but maybe they just have the biggest vocabulary, I don't know.
