I think by a large majority most of think that swings strollers and baby carriers are a huge mommy must have.
I have to say mine would be my baby carrier or sling I could use it at home or when I went out. It was great for cold or flu season I would carry my baby in public and stranges are less likely to touch all over your baby if it stapped to you. I think that the stroller would be #2 because they are so long lasting from infant to toddler mine get used alot. Thanks to everyone for your responses.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Maya Wrap!!
This sling was my first gift and my most treasured!!

I have used it since my son was born, he is 21 months and we still use it. It allows me to take him everywhere, hiking, quick in and out at the store, up and down escaltors...I can use it as a "belt" on high chairs at restaurants, as a changing pad when we're out. I nursed him in it when he was tiny and now it's used as a hip carry. I can use it until he's 45 lbs if necessary!!

I recommend a sling to every new mom, it's the greatest, most useful item out of everything!!

His little vibrating seat! It's one of the rockers from Fisher Price that can be used until he's 40 pounds!

Exersaucer is a lifesaver now that he likes to "stand up".

Teething tablets. Need I say more?

Stroller, of course.

Snugli is great for when I don't feel like dragging out the stroller.

Munchkin bendable baby spoons entertain him while he eats.

I love my stroller. I get to get some exercise and my daughter has always loved riding in it outdoors. When she was smaller she would fall asleep every time. Even no at 2 1/2 it will keep her happy for as long as i choose to push her.

i couldn't live without the swing and the car seat...lol not only are they good to ride in but they are also good rockers for the baby. and of course the DR. BROWN BOTTLES. They help with colic and fussiness. The less gas the better. And of course we as mothers couldn't live without a little help from fathers and or friends and grandparents.

Fisher price natural sounds swing (I think that's the name of it)
It really calms a fussy baby.

Playpen-very important to playpen train a baby.

Exersaucer- keeps the baby occupied while I cook/clean. Also for some reason it helped keep my kids "regular". We nicknamed it the pooping chair.

Gymini- my kids loved batting at the toys

Anything made by lansinol. (breast pads, wipes, cream)

My favorite baby care item was a bouncer becuase would put my son on the bouncer and he would sleep for hours on that thing. My son is now two years old and sometimes he still likes to sit on the bouncer just for fun.

The Ergo baby carrier. With my neck and back problems it is the only way I can carry my high need baby/toddler.

Also my breasts! Baby would've starved long ago if it weren't for these bad boys!
