Stay away from those, they are just trying to sell you something. The so called prizes and money are only if you sign up for services net flix, mailorder CDs, credit cards, etc. I don't know anyone who made any real money doing those "surveys".

Yeah, "Panda Research" has lots of them. I'm not sure of their URL, but type it into a search engine. They pay pretty good, but the catch is that you end up having to sign up for a "free trial offer". Which is O.K. as long as you remember to cancel before the end of the trial period.
Another one is GoZing. They don't pay much per survey, but you don't have to sign up for anything either.
