And the biggest turn of is when they say, "There ought to be a law against that!" Where "that" is something that some people do that they personally don't like.

Depends on the environment.

In a nightclub the way she moves (like the song goes) or how she dances, combined woth how she dresses.

Not into sleaze and too much skin, although that does certainly work on occasion.

I prefer class and elegance to the bombshell look.

But apart from that, being able to hold a meaningful conversation, in a social setting, nice eye contact, nice smile (good teeth).

And being stuck up is probably the biggest turnoff, no matter how good they look.
