Any suggestions how to get him out so I don't have to keep running and hiding in my bedroom everytime he starts flying around? This thing is huge!!

OMG that would run me out the house lol. Take every single bug spray you have and drown that sucker! And if you don't have bug spray, experiment with anything aerosol.
