Hello ... I just purchased The Sims 2. I was trying to enter the code for the GNOME, but nothing happens. I know that I'm pressing all the right buttons, but the cheat menu doesn't appear. What am I doing wrong? Pleas help me!!!

Hey guys ... thank you to all who have answered so far. The code (L1,R1,X,Up,R2) is still not working for me. I've read in some websites that you're supposed to pause the game. In some, it says during game play. How is it supposed to be? It's frustrating!!! More advice will be helpful. Thank you!!!

Our first Sims 2 replaced right into a kit which got here with Sims 2, Nightlife and BonVoyage --- much extra decrease priced as a kit set then procuring the three one after the other. Sims 2 is a relaxing and addictive interest!

even if you are positive about having the right code, you might want to check again... you could have gotten the wrong code. Just try again, and if it continues, check the other factors.. are you on the right screen where you should be pressing the buttons? Are you supposed to be holding any buttons?
Things like that. I hope you get it to work.
