why?... do you consider emo 'punk'... if yes... how is emo punk...?

i have friends that are emoo kids... but thats when it was first entering the mainstream... it seems like.. every year, they get more depressed... i honestly think its the music..

Nope, I'm not emo. And no, emo is not punk. Emo is more of a sappy, sad fashion and...well..emotional. Punk tends to be more of an expression of ones self and the music is full of more energy.

Well its just......emo=punk.....you couldn't say the same to hip hop or rap....its just the way it always has been! Emo is also considered rock 2! Just listen to MCR-Welcom to the black parade! That is sooooooo an emo song! Emo punk is cool because when your.....sad or......mad you just listen to some emo songs and....your better! Its like a cure.....IF you like hip hop or rap it wouldn't be good for you! All rap and hip hop have are those f****** ugly girls with fat boobs and ugly butts. Emo punk is better because it actually has a meaning to it!

emo rules!! but emo is far from punk..very very far. why im emo- because i love the music, the clothes and the emo boys!!!!!
