& Why?

Also, I am going to have to let one of them go soon (to cover other's bye weeks). Go ahead & get rid of Rex or cover his bye & then get rid of Matt?

Is Jamal Lewis worth picking up?

Grossman , he will get u 230-240 and 2tds in a game. things u can do, try to trade Hasselbeck to someone in your league that needs a QB and u should put that trade on the block right now dont waist time ,if no one offers u a trade by ur bye do what u have to do just be cool...Jamal Lewis depending if u dont have a good RB then yes,but shop around.....good luck

Keep Grossman. I have a feeling he's just going to keep getting better. And no, Jamal Lewis isn't worth it. The way his stats have declined I imagine he's going to have another disappointing year. So unless you are really weak at RB, don't get him.
