You can solve your problem to prove this.

(1cm^3)*(2.54cm^3/1in^3)*(36in^3 / 1yard^3) ----------> 1 yard^3 =7.65x10^5 cm^3

Also, 1 m^3 = 10^6 cm^3

Now multiply the densities to get desired values

Iridium ----------> (7.65x10^5 cm^3)*(22.4g/cm^3) = 1.71x10^7 g
Platinum--------> (10^6 cm^3)*(21.4g/cm^3) = 2.14x10^7 g

Thus, cubic meter of Platinum is heavier than a cubic yard of Iridium

Hope this helps

Close but the SG says it all. The Iridium by a hair.
