It depends on how bad the scratches are. If they're surface scratches and not too deep, you might try a buffer, like the one you use on a car, along with some jewelers rouge. If they're really small, you could use a dremell tool.

Can be done, takes some doing, but basically it needs to be buffed out, not a job to be attempted untill you see someone else do it first,,,,good luck
