My husband has been frustrated with thinning hair since we met. He is only 28 and is fearing baldness. He is not sure that a product like Rogaine is something he wants to try. I was hoping that there is maybe a vitamin or herbal product that he could take to restore some of his hair growth. Please only helpful answers. Thank you.

Biotin.

It's part of a B-complex vitamin, it's very good for skin condition and hair condition and growth. Really thickens up hair. My dad started balding a while ago, and he's been taking it, and his bald spot's shrunk. My hair's thicker now that I've started taking it, too, not because I'm losing hair, but because my hair's always been thin. It's good stuff.

You could give him Miracle Grow, but it might permanently stunt his growth. Of course the grass on top of his grave would be nice and green.
