A bit of Googling brought up a lot of 'spam' for the site, but also this on a personal website. I didn't bother copying the address (you can google for it yourself easily enough) but it's rather telling, isn't it? I always follow the rule "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is..." - and online, make that "If it seems too good to be true, it's undoubtedly a scam"!

Info follows:

"Most likely you found this site, because you got an invitation that you weren't too sure about. Your gut feeling was correct. It is all a big scam. The main con-artists behind it are named Ayman Ahmed el Defrawy (aka Alec Defrawy aka Alex Simon aka...) and Michael Fomkin. They used to be part of a.o. the notorious Wilhelmina Scouting Network WSN modeling scam. Just use any search engine to dig up tons of well-proven dirt about these criminal characters.

As usual this deceptive Defrawy "business model" is all about getting a lot of hopefull cheap labour (like commission based "scout" jobs and franchisees) to ignorantly scam masses of hopefull consumers (like aspiring talent or job hunters), selling "opportunities" with even less chances to be profitable than a lottery (like the purported Talent Palooza contest in the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center).

See the scammer's pathetic efforts to promote the (then still future) scam TooSpoiled, trolling with six aliases in one board topic, lol!

Google Adwords, Monster, Careerbuilder and Employmentguide have banned Defrawy from being their customer.

Address on the Toospoiled.comsite is 447 Broadway, 4th Floor New York, NY 10013, but reportedly they moved out of this posh Soho office without previous notice, leaving the employees without their last 2 weeks pay. Then they operated from Brentwood TN, a Nashville suburb, for a while and did the same. Current whereabouts unknown. See this thread."

Hope that helps!
