Do you mean the attitude of the movie or our attitude towards the movie? For the former I'd say subjectively political on the part of the vial filmmaker. As for the latter, I'd say it was beneath it all unfeeling and disrespectful towards those to whom the tragedy befell.

It is clear enough what he is getting at. Mr Moore is not especially subtle about making a point.
