Does it mean "do you want to love me" or "do you want to fight me"? 10 points for the clearest definition!

OK I get that. It means do you want to fight me....but taken in the context that it was given ( I think) could it also mean "Do you think you can resist me?"

I always prefer to translate into idiomatic expressions so that more colorful moods are understood.... although it would seem to verbatim mean "do you want to fight me", one gets a sense that it really has the atmosphere about it of "Hey...you want a piece of me!!" But did Robert DeNiro speak spanish?

It literally means Do you want to fight with me? Quieres= You want, pelear = to fight, and conmigo= with me.
