Yea, Mexico and most of Europe, but you can't bring them back to the United States...
the real question here is why do you want to take anabolic steroids?
Sounds to me like you are lazy, train hard, eat hard, sleep hard...thats all it takes...well that and Time..don't expect to get big over night..or over a few months...small changes..

They can be bought legally for research.
Mexican pharmacies also supply anabolic steroids.
Do your homework and check labs and companies.

not in the USA (without a medical necessity for them). I don't know if it is legal but they're pretty easy to get in Mexico.
