i want to convert music i bought in itunes to mp3... but it is protected

The easiest way to circumvent DRM protection is to simply make an audio CD, then re-rip that CD back into iTunes.

Use a high bit rate when re-ripping, like 190k or higher, and you won't even know it was compressed twice.

This way, too, you'll still have your original file, and an unprotected MP3 version as well.

yes. windows media player 10, download it and go to tools, click on options and look for the box that says un-protected music

O you probably did it incorrect... WMA documents immediately lock as quickly as downloaded... (maximum) and your not allowed 2 convert it 2 your ipod... however the reason iz, WMA documents do not circulate on your ipod purely MP3 documents do... so which you wasted your cash And as properly, you are able to not liberate locked documents... sorry desire this helpz
