it sounds very much like pseudo or somthing like that! usually its between a father and son.... thanks so much for your help! i know the word just cant think of it!

im looking for a word spelt like psudeo but with a meaning of someone i look up too! is there such a word? thanks

Pseud, or pseudo would be more like to copy the other person, to be fake, but to copy another person like father son, would be along the lines of personify, role model, emulate, look up to etc.

I'm not sure what the answer is, but I don't think it's pseudo... the definition for pseudo is-
1.not actually but having the appearance of; pretended; false or spurious; sham.
2.almost, approaching, or trying to be.

I'm not sure you want to call your role-model that...
