No they have not, it was a legit earthquake off the coast of Northern Japan (5.8 magnitude) but this does still not stop many people from being suspicious of North Korea of detonating a second one any time soon (who can blame them?) They are also still investigating the first supposed nuclear test because there was strangely no radiation after the first test...

No it wasn't, the Democratic People's republic of North Korea (DPRK) does not work on gossip. If they are going to test a second one. They will definitely make sure the rest of the world knows . Wait till they announce there 1st space project, 2nd nuclear bomb, 3rd ballistic missile launch, 4th rejection to the nuke talks . You will hear from them soon .

This is what happens when you mess with nature. Whether there was one test or two, whether they were nukes or just a load of high explosives, in an area so seismically unstable, it's lunacy.
Wait till the next tsunami hits the coast of Japan and Korea...

I actually saw on BBC World tonight that it is quite possible that all North Korea did was detonate a conventional bomb (albeit a big one) It is just part of their power game.

Kim Jong ILL. Maniacal dictator, Murderer, and absolute Madman. All we see from N.Korea is massive army's goosestepping past a delirious ILL followed by WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION--Where is Uncle Sam when he is really needed? They would never show us the starving population and human tragedy that has become Korea. When they do launch the next nuclear rocket lets pray it's right under KJL's Palace and blow him and his kind to oblivion.

Is anyone 'proof positive' that a nuclear device of ANY sort has actually been made let alone detonated, or is it actually another load of bullshit put out by their rather odd president?

No. A second seismic event was detected, but it wasn't even in North Korea (it was off the coast of Japan).
