H20, which is the reason that you need to keep your body hydrated, water is the best. Stay away from too many carbonated drinks, stuff with caffienated drinks, and and BEER. They act as diuretics and can cause dehydration. But I love beer. Be smart and use common sense. If you feel thirsty, you are probabably getting close to the threshold of dehydration.
