If you're that young, you could work at a grocery store. Most of them might require you to get parent's written permission first, but that should be no big deal. I did, and it was a great start. Mostly young people work in grocery stores nowadays so you get to hang out with people your age.

At that age, I was doing a paper route, and raking leaves, shoveling snow, washing windows, cleaning gutters, cutting lawns, painting, sealing driveways, pruning trees, rototilling gardens, all over my neighborhood.

I always had enough money for what I wanted.

I should have invested sooner- because now I could be retired!

Talk to your school's guidance counseling department. My school had a job placement board where local employers called the school specifically to hire teens. You have nothing to lose.

Why was it necessary for you to tell us that you are going on 15? If you are 14, then it's obvious. Your chances of a part-time job will be much better once you turn 15. Maturity counts.

you can get summer jobs, like working in an amusment park, like Disneyland, that kind of jobs, foods and rides, and some sort of customer service jobs.

actally , Mcdonalds is a great starter job, i loved it when i first started working....check it out....its not like its really hard work either..lol...more fun than anything...good luck and just so you know, i am proud of you for being that young and wanting a job, that is very mature of you......BIG PROPS
