the first ammendment and rights of protesters at the funerals of american service members. Many say that it should be a Ban on the protest of the funerals of service members. Yet there are groups like Patriot Guard that "protect" families from the protestors.....yet if you understand the 1st ammendment, they are a form of protestors also.

What is to say that "good" protests are allowed and "bad" protesters are not?

Who decides which is good and which is bad?

If it were not for the Bad, we may not need the good??
