What type of notebook? Where in Asia?
If you're talking about electronic notebooks, don't know. But I do know that Taiwan is the #1 top marketing/seller notebooks/laptops in the world. Dunno if they're cheap or not.

ebay or you can do to asia n find stores that steal cheap illigal/stolen/bootleg.. my friend went to sri lanka n bought 30 dvd thats still in american theater with a case n all for 2 dollar each at most.. so find those cheap store.. or you can ebay
