Any exercise to reduce the lower abdomen?

There are two parts to this....

1. The abs need to be strengthened. Those respond to crunches, and to a lesser degree, sports like wall climbing and swimming.

2. Over top of the abs is a layer of fat. Everyone has washboard abs under that fat, but the fat layer covers things up. This is the layer that I think that you're wanting to get rid of, right?

Unfortunately, you don't turn "fat into muscle." Rather, you do exercises that burn off the fat, and build up the muscle that is under the fat.

Sooo....

You gotta lose weight. Basically you change your life so that you eat differently (less fuel) and boost the amount of energy you burn (exercise). Expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week if you're doing it right.

Some women never get rid of that little bit of tummy, and they consult a plastic surgeon.

cruches and plenty of them plus increase your diet in protein which helps produce fat it does not totally but it helps foods good in protein: eggs, chicken
