Irregardless

Irregardless is a redundancy, not a real word. The suffix “less” indicates the negative, therefore there’s no need to add the prefix “ir”. I love managers that try to sound more intelligent by making up fake words that they heard someone else before them use until it becomes a standard corporate buzzword.
