Recently, I installed my FF8 again in order to start playing as I like the graphic alot. On the map or when battling monster, there wasn't any problem with it. But when I reached the town or what, there are lines across the graphic. I can't just seem to see the 'path' properly. What's wrong with it? I think my 3D Texture testing failed. How do I go to 'repair' it? I'm using Nvidia FX5200 128MB graphic card with latest version of update. Can anyone help me?

Step 1: Restart and try.
Still problem persists..continue to..
Step 2: Remove the drivers and then re-Install the drivers for the graphical card (VGA) again.

Like he said restart... I'd try reinstalling the game first.
So Uninstall game, restart computer then reinstall game. If that fails then I'd start looking for an update to the Video driver

Sounds like a driver or a artifact error.
IE: Not correct driver..
OR!! : The card is over heating!!!
Check your card for dust!
No card should fail on one thing as such....
Check it has good cooling and try again.!
Oh Oh..
Try DOWNGRADING! find a driver like 5 months old or even longer! sometimes it helps!
