Not all women sag at 40, some do it much sooner, if it really bothers you , a plastic surgeon can do a breast lift. I would start saving up.

Em, HELLO, the human body is ageing all the time and constantly under the influence of gravity, check out your testicles i bet they are sagging a bit after 40, but why do mens ears get bigger as they age , anyone else noticed this?women's bums ,faces , all skin will sag eventually in even a little way, but as some say there is surgery, and eating good food, lots of water and exercise all help keep things firm.

Womens breast "sagginess" is heriditery and has nothing to really do with anything like breastfeeding, child birth. Its based on muscle mass- compared to fat of the breast. That muscle mass is very difficult to change in women.

Not necessarily. To some extent depends on person to person.
You can let your partner to fondle the nipples and suck them but
not exxcessive usage.

Not all women have kids and not all of those that do breastfeed so the answer to your question would be a simple no.
