Looking for a red waist belt, beaded necklace and cute red earrings... cheap and fun, all on one site preferably.

DEFINITELY Claires. I bought a whole bunch of 60" beaded necklaces there and you can wrap them around your neck and wear a whole bunch. They have really cheap earrings, belts... everything. check 'em out.

Definitely check out Wet Seal. Also Forever 21, Claires, The Icing and Charlotte Russe. But Wet Seal has a lot of nice belts in all kinds of colors for cheap.

Go to Ardenes, they are here in Canada, and Im not sure if they are where you are but they are hella cheap $10 for 3 pairs of earrings and they are all surgical steel so no allergies :)
their sister store is Claires but they are more pricey
