I really love Bare Minerals. It takes a little while to learn how to apply it properly, but once you do, it's amazing.
Clinique, which does not use animal products, or test on animals, also has a liquid makeup especially for oilier skin types.
Zia is a natural cosmetics company that does not test on animals, or use animal products. The Body Shop does not test or use animal products, either.

Hot Tip: Some skincare products can actually clog pores and even cause acne. To avoid this problem, make sure the labels on your products say non-comedogenic (won't clog pores) or non-acnegenic (won't cause acne). Neutrogena's entire line of SkinClearing makeup, like Neutrogena SkinClearing Oil-Free Makeup, is both non-comedogenic and-non-acnegenic, so you can look great without worrying about future breakouts.
im pretty sure they dont use animal products.....

Bare minerals. I have VERY oily shin and I'm past teenage years. It works really well for me. Plus they have a starter kit you can get to determine if you like it before you invest a lot of money in the whole line.
