both christianity and islam sprout out of the jewish religion, and both have borrowed haevely from the jewish bible

They use it because although Muslims believe that it was changed, Christians believe what is in it. So they are trying to make a point. What I don't understand is why everyone is trying to force their religion on others. No one one the face of this earth has the right to judge anyone else. All judgement is supposed to be made by God on judgement day. Isn't that what Christians believe? So I say live and let live. Besides unless you she the original scriptures and can translate them from their original language no one knows for sure what is true and what isn't.

they use verses from the bible to prove a point, that verses are contradicting each other. That proves that the bible was altered and the verses were messed around with by men over the ages, and therefore a good portion of it is not the word of God anymore. The scriptures of the Qu'ran are the true and un-altered words of God as of today.

they use some similar scriptures they got in islam cause they believe in bible and believe that god sent it, also it is mentioned in quran the purpose of the bible and how some of the early christians knew the truth of the bible but they hide it for some personal reasons to bring benefit to them
