i just got netflix a few weeks ago and so far it's been great. but i sent in three movies a couple of days ago and so far i haven't gotten any confirmation e-mails from them like i usually do. i am trying to figure out if my apt building is lazy with sending out the mail, so can anyone tell me if they've ever had this problem with netflix? or do you think it's a problem on my end?

Yes. In fact, since they got sued for it, they put a disclaimer on their website about it.

I have had the same problem. There are times when they receive my movies pretty quick and send out the next ones. Other times it takes days before they get them then another day or two before they mail out the next ones. I still think I make out though even though this sometimes happens. I also only have 3 home at a time. I recently upgraded to 4 at home and it didn't make much difference so I again went with 3 at home.

I was with Netflix for years, and I only had problems twice with DVDs that were lost. They were very cool about it. Overall, their service was awesome. I would make sure you put your DVDs directly in a mail box, just in case. You can also go into your Netflix account and mark that you've mailed them back and they haven't received them. That should get the next movies in your que mailed out.

I have never had a problem. I get movies about every three days without fail.

Yes because they need to make a profit. I don't mind it too much, I still get to see a bunch of movies each month that would have otherwise cost me much more.

they used to purposely postpone sending dvds for high users, and there was a class-action law suit.

I think they are still doing it for high volume users.
