Did someone call you that, hun? A Nancy boy is the same as a sissy boy or panty boy. It refers to boys who are feminine in their appearance and actions. You could be a Mama's boy or you could be a sissy because you just like to or you could be forced into being one, perhaps as punishment. In any case, enjoy yourself. Be whatever you want!
