Go to the doc. They will do a dopler to see what the problem is and what treatment it needs. Take the anitbiotic prescribed by the M.D. and use a heating pad (along with the pain meds prescribed) for the pain.

This is a somewhat silly question. Only a urologist will be able to tell if you do, and that's the specialty that knows all about it, so why come on an open Q&A site.
