All capitals is a way of screaming or yelling on the internet. Since you cannot truly express emotion (ie anger, happiness, etc) people use other ways like All Capitals.

Avoid spamming. Unwanted junk mail, chain letters, and jokes can be annoying and time consuming.

Use the KISS principle - Keep It Simple Silly. Be short and to the point in both e-mails and in chatrooms.



Rule #5
Don't type in all CAPITAL letters. This is considered shouting by the online community.



Rule #6
Don't be pest and annoy people while online. People may have work to do and can't continue to communicate with you at that particular time.

Using all capitols in anything is a good way to make people ignore you. It's like yelling out at them. It also makes people think you don't have the time to actually capitolize the necessary parts of a sentence. I know because I see people do it all the time, and it annoys and agrevates me to no end.
