if the room you sleep in is hot, that means it is probably dry also. your nosebleeds could be because the membreanes in your nose are dry, and when you sneeze or blow it, it starts to bleed. try a humidifier in the room or to more easily check it, take a hot bath or shower and breathe in the mist, and see if that helps your nose and breathing. good luck!

its prol just dry air in the hot room drying out your nasal lining. put some Vicks up your nose before you go to bed at night to keep the lining moist.. works for my husband. The other thing you might want to have checked is if you have a vien that has grown too close to the surfaceinside your nose, my daughter had that about 10 years ago. The Dr cuaterized it, been good ever since.

If your nose has been bleeding it is not recommended that you blow your nose. If you cannot figure out a way to cool the room that you sleep, you should see a doctor to have the blood vessels in your nose cauterized.

This could be a sign of a serious medical condition. It could be a blood clot in your sinus cavity, or your brain. Call your doctor, and if you dont have a doctor, go to the hospital.
