No it's not. There is more to it than the fabrication of non-functional organs. The "vagina" they create is nothing more the the penis turned inside out and shoved up into the abdomen. While sex is possible it is only pseudo-reproduction at best. The complex responses necessary to bring a child to term are simply not possible.

You would have a better chance of transplanting a brain into a body of the opposite sex. That they may be able to do in 100 years.

No. The ovary contains eggs which a female is born with. To transplant an ovary MIGHT be possible, but I would seriously doubt the viability of the eggs after such an operation and the chemical treatment required to prevent organ rejection.

You say it is now possible to change the penis into a vagina... They've been doing this for at least 40 years as far I know. I first heard about it I think in the 1970s.

this would be a horrendous tragedy! Who may be the 1st to bypass in this holocaust? If even one extra guy or woman dies i visit freak out! international leaders and scientists could band jointly to get rid of the effects of time on human beings. that's the humane element to do. If we fail, billions of lives are at stake. If we don't do something each little thing we gain or accomplish would be washed away by the sands of time. now we could question despite if or no longer we are even the main mandatory issues in this fleeting universe? Who would have imagined?

Probably - but should they? I'm not anti-trans, I just think that question raises some extreme moral issues. Then again, we grow test tube babies.
