(Bush talking about Iraq) "Iraq is making wmd's and they will be disarmed by any means necessary"

(bush on korea) "the US condems Korea"

Why is Bush being so hesitant to disarm a country that has made nukes when they jumped right into one that was said not to have anything by UN weapons inspectors?

Because North Korea doesn't have any Resources which we can steal. And he would be worried about his credibility and the ever-increasing deficit if we went right into another war.

Shadow AL, this is a conspiracy theory? Are you joking? I think you are the shallow one, not Al.

There are several reasons. I am typing slow so you can understand!!!!!
1. Iraq violated 17 UN resolutions.
2. Iraq did have WMD's according to one of his Generals in charge of shipping the via commercial passenger jet to Syria. An Iraqi General - George Sadas who was "number 2" in Iraq's air force - is claiming that Saddam moved his WMD's into Syria by loading them into stripped out civilian air craft. Let don't forget Hundreds of WMDs Found in Iraq. The United States has found 500 chemical weapons in Iraq since 2003, and more weapons of mass destruction are likely. They may have been old, but I bet you would not want one exploding in your back yard! Oh ya, All of the other industrialized nations Intelligence said the same thing. As well as your beloved Bill Clinton!
3. When we kicked Al-Qaeda out of Afghanistan they spread out like roaches. One of the al-Qaeda leaders, Zarqawi , went to Iraq and had meetings with Iraq Officials.
4. Iraq was a sponsors of terror in the region funding Hezbollah with the Oil for Food money.
5. Human atrocities. Rape Rooms, Torture, Mass-Murders, ect.
6. Most military annalists and commanders agreed that a free, Democratic nation in that part of the country would have a Domino effect on the other countries in the region. It is too early to tell, but history is on our side. Lets Don't forget, Germany and Japan.
7. By spreading democracy we would solve the Iranian problem, Decrease the poverty that breeds radical Islam, and dry up N. Korea's money making machine (Military Machinery and Missiles).
One thing is for sure all of the anti-war politicians, media, and citizens have un wittingly prolong the war in Iraq and have damaged the war on terror and have cost American soldiers their lives by giving the enemy hope. Al-Qaeda , Iran, N.Korea, and the Taliban hear you and your kind second guess, gripe and complain everyday. They know we are getting weaker and loosing our resolve just like we did in Vietnam. Let the Generals fight this war, lets give them what they need. Once it is understood that we are the toughest kid on the block, N.Korea and Iran will back down or be next. PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH!

Sounds as if you won't be happy until the US is at war with every country in the world. Bush is not the president of Korea, therefore, he is not in a position to disarm it. Anyway, what is Korea's pathetic little arsenal compared the the US's.

Because the Waring Iraq wasn't for disarmament. also, i suspect that bush knew there were no WMD's and so there was no risk.

I'm sure if we weren't already in a war in Iraq, didn't have our entire military deployed over oil, didn't have 8 trillion in debt there might be a different response.

Further, bush has no guaranty that we would be involved in NK for years like Iraq, the current situation in Iraq suited his needs nicely because he needed to keep people afraid.

If NK had oil and Iraq didn't we'de be there

There was a direct perceived link between terrorism and Iraq,9/11 and Iraq, twelve years flaunting UN resolutions, and most of all WMD and Iraq and if you and some of the wise guys who answered this question think only George Bush and the US administration believe so,maybe you should all talk to the French,Germans,English,Russians,Chinese etc, etc, etc.

1. Because North Korea has the ability to defend itself.

2. Because North Korea has no oil.

At least one million Red Chinese. That's a hell of an incentive for a diplomatic resolution. Wake up, people. China might be crying foul play now, but there's no way in HELL North Korea would have crossed their pals in Beijing.
