Ok how to solve this problem is simple. Find the number that has the highest 1st digit in the 10ths place. This is .46 and that would be your answer. Then go to the other numbers then it is .3, .2138, .137

Listen... piece of cake, i was in your shoes once...
notice all these numbers have a zero then a decimal (. ) .... so none of these are larger than one, to see which number is largest just look to the right of the decimal and see which number is greater....no tricks... 5 is greater than 2 isnt it? And 9 is greater than 5 right? ... ok so two number to the right of the decimal match no big deal go to the next number and check which one is bigger...
