My dishwasher was only used for one year before it developed a problem. It got tossled around in a move and since then it doesn't drain. It sure will fill up just fine, but it doesn't drain out. Any ideas? Websites that may help? I'm too poor to shell out a hundred bucks or better to get it fixed and I'm too lazy to do dishes by hand so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

If you suspect the rough handling in the move is responsible a wire may have been pulled off the drain solenoid located under the unit on the left side of the pump/motor assembly or something was bumped out of place. That is where you should look because that is where the draining is controlled.

If you need further assistance just click on my name and contact me with the model number and I will be glad to help.

there is a pump at the bottom, plastic piece connected to the hose going to your garbage disposal, make sure the wires were not knocked off, you shoudl feel it moving when the water is pumped out otherwise you could get a replacemenrt for that.....that is wheer i woudl start looking
