I have, when I was 6 years old. The guy drove me the back woods and stopped. He then turned to me and told me to never get in a car with a stranger again, drove me home and dropped me off.

I thought about the repressed memory thing for a long time and nothing came to me. So I know it isn't.
As for my parents, they didn't freak out over it so neither did I.
It was an incident that happened. And I had an Angel watching over me, nuff said.

Sounds to me as though you are in denial. You need to see a doctor. If a man abducted a 6 year old girl and drove her to the woods, then I bet he did more that talk to you. You are repressing what he did to you. I listen to child sex offenders once a month and its not nice what they do. You need to talk to someone. Good Luck in being free.

Wow. You were lucky. When I was ten, an estranged lady tried to drag me out of a shopping mall. I started screaming and some people finally came over to help. I think they at first thought she was really my mom and that I was just throwing a tantrum. Turns out, she was recently discharged from a local mental hospital and had to be returned.

No. But I was hitch hiking once. Some kooky guy kept giving us rides. He seldom spoke. He drove me to a weird house, finally spoke "I'll be right back" then went and spoke to his Mom. Like something out of a horror movie. House had a weird picket fence. Mom yelled"now hurry back, son." I was much more selective of the rides I accepted, but kept hitchhiking.

I was abducted! It's called parental abduction though! My dad took me from my mom, took my across the country and dropped me off with another relative. It took my mom almost a month to track me down! I never saw my dad again.

Wow, that must it been scary for you being only 6 years old. But he taugth you a good lesson. I am sure you never did it again. I am sure he meant well, but what a way to do it.
