If u notice an ex being unhappy when u mention another guy why did he break up with me in the first place?

He said that our relationship wasnt bad, its just that he has a lot going on. What could that mean?

even though people break up w/people doesnt mean they dont still love or care about them it just means they dont want to date them anymore, so they can still be jealous. if you are young then this is soo normal, you both need to date other people to see what that is like in life, in a few years you will understand. in Highschool my bf of 2 years broke up with me and started dating this other girl right away which killed me....but i understand now, because i would have always wondered what it was liek to be with other guys .
